Various health issues frequently occur among school-age children, including fainting, anemia, nosebleeds, and poor personal hygiene. Fainting is a common incident during flag ceremonies, often caused by factors such as physical weakness or inadequate nutrition. Many students tend to panic or feel scared when witnessing their peers faint, often choosing to watch passively without taking appropriate action. Therefore, training and socialization on handling such situations are essential. One of the key skills students need to master in this era of globalization is English language proficiency, as it can help them compete at a global level. This community service activity aimed to equip students with the ability to use English instructions in the context of first aid for fainting incidents. The event took place on October 18, 2024, at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The results indicated a high level of student participation in understanding the material presented. Students were able to answer questions effectively and explain the first aid concepts using simple sentences in both English and Indonesian. The integration of English language learning with first aid
education has proven to provide significant benefits for students. It is hoped that this activity will encourage schools and teachers to continue promoting English language mastery alongside other educational content in the future
