Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate using the Wilcoxon test. The research results showed that the average comfort score for mothers facing the first stage before effleurage massage was 36.75, the average pain score for mothers facing the first stage before effleurage massage was 6.4 with a standard deviation of 0.63. The average mother's pain score in the first stage after effleurage massage was 4.26 with a standard deviation of 0.88.
