area of Community Health Center Cubadak, Pasaman District. This quantitative research adopts a
quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Sample selection was
conducted through purposive sampling, with 36 mothers who had already given DPT-2
immunization to their infants. Data management and analysis were performed using the Wilcoxon
signed-rank test. The univariate analysis showed that the average knowledge score before receiving
the booklet media was 8.17%, which increased to 15.56% after exposure to the booklet media.
Similarly, the average maternal attitude score increased from 50.72% to 66.89% after exposure to
the booklet media. Therefore, the results indicate that the booklet media influenced the
improvement of maternal knowledge and attitudes regarding DPT immunization (p=0.000). In
conclusion, the study demonstrates the influence of booklet media on enhancing maternal
knowledge and attitudes regarding DPT immunization in the work area of Cubadak Community
Health Center, Pasaman District. It is recommended for local health professionals to consider
