Peer Review Process
Business and Technology Journal implements a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other to ensure objectivity throughout the manuscript evaluation process.
Review Process Steps
1 Submission Check by Editor
The manuscript is checked for scope alignment, administrative completeness, and formatting requirements.
2 Plagiarism Screening
Checked using Turnitin. Manuscripts with high similarity scores are rejected or returned for revision prior to review.
3 Reviewer Assignment
The manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers matched to their field of expertise.
4 Double-Blind Review Process
Reviewers assess the quality of substance, scientific contribution, originality, methodology, and relevance.
Review duration: approximately 2–4 weeks.
5 Reviewer Decision
- Accepted without revisions
- Accepted with minor revisions
- Major revisions
- Rejected
6 Editorial Decision
The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ input.
7 Author Revision
A maximum of 14 days (minor revisions) or 30 days (major revisions) to submit the revised manuscript along with responses to the reviewers’ comments.
8 Final Check
The manuscript is re-reviewed before being approved for publication.
9 Publication
Accepted manuscripts are published in the March or September issue.

Business and Technology Journal upholds scientific publication ethics and academic integrity. All reviewers are required to:
- Act objectively and constructively
- Maintain the confidentiality of manuscript contents
- Not use information contained in manuscripts for personal gain
