Author Guidelines

Business and Technology Journal (BTJ) accepts scientific articles in the form of research results, literature reviews, and case reports in the fields of digital business and information technology. Submitted manuscripts must meet the following requirements:

Article Types

  • Original research articles
  • Literature reviews
  • Case reports

Writing Format

  • Written in Indonesian or English.
  • Prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
  • Length 10–15 pages, 1.5 spacing, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • Structure: Title, Abstract (Indonesian & English), Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (optional), References.

Abstract

  • Written in both Indonesian and English.
  • Maximum 250 words.
  • Covers research objectives, methods, main results, and conclusions.
  • Includes keywords (3–5 words).

References

  • At least 15 recent sources (last 10 years) recommended.
  • Citation style: APA Style 7th Edition.
  • Use of reference managers such as Mendeley or Zotero strongly recommended.

Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts are submitted through the BTJ OJS system.
  • Authors must register first before submitting.
  • The writing template can be downloaded from the Template menu on the journal website.

Publication Fee

  • All articles published in Business and Technology Journal are free of charge.
