ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN STIMULASI DETEKSI INTERVENSI DINI TUMBUH KEMBANG (SDIDTK) PADA BALITA DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Growth and development problems in Padang City are currently quite high, the prevalence of stunting

is 19.5%, wasting 8.1%, underweight 16.5% and overweight 1.5% and developmental disorders 0.42%.

Early Growth and Development Intervention Detection Stimulation (SDIDTK) is a comprehensive

health service is an effort to improve the continuity and quality of life of children. This research analyzes

the implementation of SDIDTK for toddlers at the Padang City Health Center in 2023. The research

was conducted using a qualitative approach with 22 informants taken using purposive sampling. The

research was conducted in January - February 2024 using an interview guide instrument, including

input, process and output components. The research results showed that policies already exist in the

form of a Decree from the Head of the Community Health Center and SOP for SDIDTK, human

resources are sufficient but not yet trained, funds are not specifically available, and infrastructure is

still inadequate. The planning is contained in the RUK/RPK, organizing in the form of the Community

Health Center Organizational Structure and Monitoring is carried out through monthly mini workshops

and Control, Assessment and Supervision (P3) every semester. For this reason, it is hoped that the

Padang City Health Service and Community Health Centers will increase budget availability related

to infrastructure needs and increase human resource capacity, so that SDIDTK is carried out optimally

for all toddlers in detecting and intervening as early as possible with growth and development

disorders.
