To maintain high publication quality, authors are required to follow the international reporting guidelines endorsed by the journal:

Manuscript Structure

Title

Arial 14, sentence case, centered, concise, and must not exceed 16 words.

Author's Name and Affiliation

The author's name must be written completely without academic titles. Complete institutional addresses must be provided, and the corresponding author must be clearly designated with an active email address.

Abstract

A structured abstract of 250–300 words must be provided, clearly divided into headings: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Format: Arial 10, regular, single-line spacing, justified alignment. Keywords must be included and selected from the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).

Introduction

Written in Arial 11, regular, single-line spacing, with a 1 cm first-line indentation. The introduction must provide a state-of-the-art overview of the study, an adequate background, a review of the previous literature, and the study's significance to highlight its scientific novelty. The study objective(s) must be explicitly stated at the end of this section.

Method

Must comprehensively describe the research type, design, population and sample, sampling technique, interventions (if applicable), setting and timeframe, instruments, data collection procedures, data analysis, and an explicit ethical declaration.

Result

Describes the major findings clearly and concisely using text, tables, or graphics. Authors must provide an introductory narrative before presenting tables or images. Tables must be in an "open table" format (using horizontal lines only), centered, with titles placed at the top.

Discussion

Authors must interpret their findings by supporting, comparing, and contrasting them with previous studies (do not merely repeat the introduction or results). The research question must be answered, the study's novelty highlighted, and its contribution to nursing or the health sciences explored. Study limitations should also be discussed here.

Conclusion

States the key findings and answers the research question directly. Citations are not allowed in this section. Suggestions or recommendations may be added here.

Acknowledgement

(Optional) Authors may acknowledge research funders, institutions, or participants who contributed to the study.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest. If none exist, state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."

References

Authors are required to provide a minimum of 30 references. At least 95% of references must come from reputable, international, peer-reviewed journals (primarily in English) and no more than 5% from textbooks with DOIs. References must be recent, published within the last 5 years, and must include active DOIs.

Citations and references must strictly follow the APA 7th Edition style. Format: Arial 10, regular, single-line spacing (0 pt spacing before, 3 pt spacing after).

The use of a reference management tool such as Mendeley or EndNote is mandatory.
