Optimal child growth and development is every parent's aspiration and a key national health indicator. Infant massage is a scientifically proven form of physical stimulation supporting child development; however, many mothers still delegate this practice to untrained traditional birth attendants. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of Dharmawanita Persatuan (DWP) BASARNAS Class A Padang mothers in performing correct massage techniques on toddlers. The activity was held on March 27, 2026 at the BASARNAS Padang Office Hall using interactive counseling and live demonstration with 37 participants; educational media included posters, leaflets, and PowerPoint presentations. Evaluation results showed that approximately 90% of participants correctly demonstrated massage steps following WHO and AAP guidelines. This activity successfully enhanced maternal understanding and encouraged behavioral shifts toward safer, evidence-based child care practices.
