Anemia is a health problem that is still frequently found in adolescents, especially in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls reached 32%, while in adolescent boys it was around 12%. Anemia in adolescents impacts decreased concentration in learning, fatigue, low immunity, and the risk of growth and developmental disorders. One of the main causes of anemia is a lack of iron intake, unbalanced eating habits, and low knowledge regarding anemia prevention. Bukik Limbuku Village has an active Children's Forum group as a forum for adolescent participation in social and educational activities. Seeing the strategic role of this group, education activities on anemia prevention are carried out as an effort to increase health awareness and develop healthy lifestyle behaviors in adolescents.
