Abstract

Background: Toddlerhood (1-5 years) is a crucial period in human life. This is where the foundation of a child's health, growth, and
development is laid. Like building a house, a strong foundation will determine the sturdiness of the building in the future. Likewise with children under five, the right nutritional intake will form the next generation who are healthy, intelligent, and productive. Methods: The method used in this community service program is education with the counseling method. The media used are leaflets, posters. Monitoring and evaluation were obtained from the results of observations and questionnaires given to participants. Monitoring activities are carried out by direct observation during the implementation of health counseling. The evaluation was carried out by assessing the improvement of participants' knowledge through the Pre-Test Post-Test evaluation. The number of counseling participants was 15 students. Results: From the results of education, kindergarten students answered enthusiastically and all questions were answered correctly by students and students. The success of this counseling is an important first step in increasing student awareness about healthy eating.
