Hypertension is a chronic disease characterized by an increase in systolic blood pressure >140 mmHg and diastolic pressure >90 mmHg. This study aims to determine the drug dosage regimen received and the level of compliance with the success of hypertension patient therapy at Community Health Center X, Bukittinggi City. This research method is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling using a purposive sampling method was carried out in January-February 2025 at one of the Community Health Centers in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data collection of dosage regimens was obtained from medical records, prescriptions, and drugs received by patients. Respondent compliance data were obtained by completing the MMAS-8 questionnaire. Data on therapy success were obtained through respondents' blood pressure values ??in the three-month cycle of their routine treatment, then the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the univariate analysis in this study showed that 100 respondents (98.04%) received the correct dosage regimen with a level of patient compliance with the compliant category of 5 respondents (4.91%) and the non-compliant category of 97 respondents (95.09%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed no correlation between the dosage regimen and the success of therapy and there was a correlation between medication adherence and the success of therapy (p = 0.0017). The conclusion in this study is that the related variable in this study is patient compliance.
