Billing system is an electronic-based billing system designed to simplify and expedite patient billing. From registration and healthcare services to patient discharge, this billing system provides clinics with information on the number of patient visits and the clinic's revenue from services. The billing system needs to be evaluated to identify any issues with the information system's performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze billing system implementation and leadership on staff performance at the main clinic in Palem Meruya. This qualitative study was conducted in December 2025. Seven qualitative informants participated. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using the Collaizi method. Qualitative research results: Billing system input was obtained from the main clinic in Palem, the director's decree, and concurrent HR personnel. The average process was not yet fully understood regarding the billing system implementation planning. They only knew how to use it. The output of the billing system implementation required a relatively long data entry process due to the computer queue. It was concluded that the use of the billing system improved staff performance. It is hoped that improvements can be made to things like the cashier system, the addition of computers so that patients don't have to wait too long, and training in using the billing system so that patient service can be faster and more optimal
