Abstract

Inattentive presentation is a condition that is distinguished by a lack of attention to detail, difficulty
maintaining focus, pay attention to details, and organize things, and complete schoolwork and
forgetfulness. These symptoms are gathered through psychological evaluations, specifically through
observations, interviews, and the use of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder (DSM)
5's ADHD characteristic checklist. In order to enhance focus and support the school's academic process,
this condition must be treated. One alternative treatment is play therapy beat the clock", which teaches
kids to avoid distractions, and develop self-control and focus on one job at a tim. The study's participant
was a 4-month-old boy who struggled with concentration. In comparison to children his age, he was
unable to remain motionless for longer than two minutes. This research was carried out in October 2022
in City X, Central Java Province. According to the study's findings, "beat the clock" play therapy can
help kids focus better and sit still for longer periods of time than they could before the intervention. He
can also do the tasks assigned to him
