FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN RUPTUR PERINEUM PADA IBU BERSALIN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MALAKOPA

The number of maternal deaths in Indonesia is 7,389 cases with the main causes being Covid, bleeding,
infection and hypertension in pregnancy. Perineal rupture is one of the main causes of bleeding after
uterine atony. The incidence of perineal rupture in Indonesia in 2020 was 1,112 cases. The aim of this
study was to look at the factors that influence the incidence of perineal rupture in women giving birth in
the Malakopa Community Health Center working area. This type of quantitative research with a cross
sectional design. Sampling technique with a total population of 41 mothers who gave birth at the
Malakopa Community Health Center in 2022. Data collection used medical records. Data were analyzed
univariately and bivariately. The research results showed that 77.0% of birth attendants by traditional
birth attendants experienced a rupture with pValue = 0.014, 59.4% of those at risk of experiencing a
rupture with a pvalue = 0.010, abnormal weight babies who experienced a rupture were 73.3% with a
pvalue = 0.017, the baby's head circumference 68.8% of abnormal ruptures occurred with a p value =
0.041. It was concluded that there was a relationship between birth attendant, parity, birth weight of the
baby and the incidence of perineal rupture
